Trumpeting Ecstasy

Album Cover Redesign 

Using typography as the primary element, this project presents an album cover redesign of Full Of Hell’s record titled, Trumpeting Ecstasy. The cover design presented here uses the album’s themes of religion and its commentary on those with a fixation on the end times to influence the overarching visual language. The design seeks to merge a distorted perspective with a religious aesthetic while maintaining a visual intensity that mirrors the music’s style. To achieve this, custom typography serves as a conduit for conveying the album’s lyrical themes. Additionally, the cover utilizes warped 35mm film burns to further enhance its distorted and intense visual quality.
